The Dixie Jewels Insulator Club is pleased to announce its Show/ Swap Meet Schedule for the remainder of 2025 and early 2026.

May 16, 2026– Madisonville, Tennessee, hosted by Stephen and Robin Ruppel.

August 15, 2026– Toccoa, Georgia, hosted by Ralph Dean and Mike Herron.

November 14, 2026– Selma, North Carolina, hosted by Greg and Dawn Hooks.

Spring 2026 Dixie Jewels Insulator Club Show/Swap Meet, Saturday, May 16, 2026, Madisonville, TN

Location: Farm Bureau Hall, 510 Main Street, Madisonville TH

Time: 8 am to 2 pm

Admission: Free

The Dixie Jewels Insulator Club Spring Show/Swap Meet will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at the Farm Bureau Hall, 510 Main St., Madisonville, Tennessee, from 8:00am – 2:00pm.  Our show host will be Stephen and Robin Ruppel.  Madisonville is located between Knoxville and Chattanooga about 12 miles east of I-75. This will be our second show/swap meet in Madisonville. Last show at this location, we had collectors from 7 states attend. If you have insulators, go-withs and collectibles to show, sell or trade, there will be a limited number of tables available on a first come/first serve basis. Once the tables are spoken for, there is plenty of room for additional tables and you will be more than welcome to bring your own table(s).Please check with Stephen in advance to ensure adequate space is available. There is a $10 fee for having a sales table, but sales tables are free of charge to Dixie Jewels Members.

A noon meal will be served; if you would like to contribute to the meal, please bring a side dish, dessert of drinks to share.  Please coordinate with Stephen so that we can plan accordingly. Everyone is invited to have lunch with us. Please coordinate with Steve on what you will be bringing so we can plan accordingly.

Summer Insulator Show/Swap Meet- August 15, 2026- Toccoa, Georgia

Dixie Jewels Insulator Club Summer Show/Swap Meet, Saturday, August 15, 2026

Location: Mitchell Allen Memorial Hall, 160 Alexander Street, Toccoa GA,

Time: 8:30 am- 2:30 pm

Admission: Free

The Dixie Jewels Insulator Club’s Summer Swap Meet, hosted by Ralph Dean and Mike Herron, will be held Saturday, August 16, 2026 from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM in Toccoa, Georgia. We are back again at the ever popular Toccoa, Georgia location at the historic Toccoa Depot and next door to the Currahee Military Museum. Around 25 tables will be available, so please contact Ralph or Mike before the swap to reserve your sales table. If all the tables are spoken for, plan to bring your own table.

This is always a well attended swap meet location and the show hall might be getting too small. As always, a great assortment of insulators will be available. There is a $10 fee for a sales table, but the sales tables are free for Dixie Jewels members. Lunch will be provided and all are asked to bring a covered dish, dessert or drinks to complement the meal. Please contact Ralph or Mike to coordination the items you are going to bring. Mark your calendars now for a terrific day of awesome insulators and fellowship in the beautiful mountains of Northeast Georgia.

After or during the swap meet, be sure to visit Currahee Military Museum for a nominal charge and learn the history of Toccoa and Stephens County, Georgia, along with many artifacts detailing the lives and experiences of the men in the 506th Airborne Infantry Regiment who trained for combat missions at nearby Camp Toccoa, made famous by the hit HBO miniseries, “Band of Brothers”. If you enjoy trains, you might catch an Amtrak train stopping in Toccoa or a Norfolk Southern freight train making its way through town.
