The Dixie Jewels Insulator Club is pleased to announce its Show/ Swap Meet Schedule for the remainder of 2025 and early 2026.

August 15, 2026– Toccoa, Georgia, hosted by Ralph Dean and Mike Herron.

November 14, 2026– Selma, North Carolina, hosted by Greg and Dawn Hooks.

Summer Insulator Show/Swap Meet- August 15, 2026- Toccoa, Georgia

Dixie Jewels Insulator Club Summer Show/Swap Meet, Saturday, August 15, 2026

Location: Mitchell Allen Memorial Hall, 160 Alexander Street, Toccoa GA,

Time: 8:30 am- 2:30 pm

Admission: Free

The Dixie Jewels Insulator Club’s Summer Swap Meet, hosted by Ralph Dean and Mike Herron, will be held Saturday, August 16, 2026 from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM in Toccoa, Georgia. We are back again at the ever popular Toccoa, Georgia location at the historic Toccoa Depot and next door to the Currahee Military Museum. Around 25 tables will be available, so please contact Ralph or Mike before the swap to reserve your sales table. If all the tables are spoken for, plan to bring your own table.

This is always a well attended swap meet location and the show hall might be getting too small. As always, a great assortment of insulators will be available. There is a $10 fee for a sales table, but the sales tables are free for Dixie Jewels members. Lunch will be provided and all are asked to bring a covered dish, dessert or drinks to complement the meal. Please contact Ralph or Mike to coordination the items you are going to bring. Mark your calendars now for a terrific day of awesome insulators and fellowship in the beautiful mountains of Northeast Georgia.

After or during the swap meet, be sure to visit Currahee Military Museum for a nominal charge and learn the history of Toccoa and Stephens County, Georgia, along with many artifacts detailing the lives and experiences of the men in the 506th Airborne Infantry Regiment who trained for combat missions at nearby Camp Toccoa, made famous by the hit HBO miniseries, “Band of Brothers”. If you enjoy trains, you might catch an Amtrak train stopping in Toccoa or a Norfolk Southern freight train making its way through town.

Fall 2026 Dixie Jewels Insulator Club Show/Swap Meet, Saturday November 14, 2026 Selma, NC

Location: Moose Lodge 402 JR Road, Selma, North Carolina

Time: 8:30am- 2:30 pm

Admission: Free

The Dixie Jewels Insulator Club is pleased to announce that the Fall 2026 Show/Swap Meet will be held Saturday, November 14, 2026, at the Moose Lodge located at 402 JR Road, Selma, North Carolina 27576. This meet is being hosted by Greg and Dawn Hooks. This is a new location for the Dixie Jewels Insulator Club to hold a Swap Meet.

The Moose Lodge is located just off Interstate 95, Exit 97, US-70. From Interstate 95, take exit 97 heading east on US 70. At the first light or road past the interstate, make a right-hand turn onto JR Road. Follow JR Road to the end and the Moose Lodge will be on the right-hand side of the road just before the dead end. Look for the Dixie Jewels Swap Meet sign.

There are approximately 35 eight foot sales table available. Sales tables are only $10 but are free to Dixie Jewels Members. Table are available on a first come-first serve reservation system. Sales tables may include insulators, go-withs, bottles and other similar collectibles.

A noon meal will be served. We ask that you please provide a side dish, dessert or beverage to share with other show attendees. This is optional but appreciated. Please coordinate with Greg on what you plan to bring so that we can plan accordingly.

Be sure to mark your calendars for Saturday November 14, 2026, and join us for another fantastic Dixie Jewels Insulator Club Swap Meet. This will great chance to meet other collectors, add a few insulators or other items to your collection. We hope to see you there.

There is plenty of lodging in the area, including Selma and Smithfield. There are many things to do in this area as well, including the Carolina Premium Outlets, antiquing and few museums, such as the Ava Gardner museum. So come on down to the friendly south and enjoy a weekend in central North Carolina.
